By creating an account or using LearnHub ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the platform without permission.
• Share your account credentials with others.

4. Content

Teachers and administrators are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of course content they publish. LearnHub does not claim ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a licence to host and display it on the platform.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual property

The LearnHub name, logo, and platform code are the property of LearnHub. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
